A man who drove while under the influence of drugs has had his sentence deferred to be of good behaviour.
Anthony Holmes, 46, of Landsdowne Court, admitted that on January 3, on the A92 Arbroath Road, at the Scott Fyffe Roundabout, he drove while unfit through drink or drugs.
He further admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug.
Sentence was deferred until November 28 by Sheriff Derek Reekie and bail was continued.
