A man has been warned he is “on very thin ice” after admitting breaking bail conditions.
Peter Clark, 41, of North William Street, admitted that on Sunday, at an address on Morgan Street, he contacted and approached Leanne Bennett, despite having been subject to bail conditions that he did not contact or attempt to contact her.
Clark told Dundee Sheriff Court he had been contacted by Ms Bennett and asked to attend her home address, which he did, owing to concern for her wellbeing.
Police later attended and found him hiding in the bedroom.
Sheriff Derek Reekie deferred sentence until September 5.
He granted Clark bail in the meantime.
