John Davis, 42, of Ann Street, was remanded in custody pending sentence on drugs charges.
Davis had previously admitted that on July 28 2017, at a common close at Court Street North, he behaved in a disorderly manner and had in open view a syringe and needle, and committed a breach of the peace.
He also admitted possessing heroin and etizolam on the same date at the same place.
Sentence was deferred for reports until September 17.
