Two people have been accused of dealing in heroin and cocaine and possessing four other banned drugs at their home in Dundee.
Maxine Munro, 32 and Andrew Sellars, 40, both of Dee Gardens in Menzieshill, appeared in private before Sheriff John Rafferty at Dundee Sheriff Court on a petition.
It is alleged that they were concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine at a property on Dee Gardens on April 27 last year.
They are also alleged to have possessed methadone, cannabis resin, diazepam and buprenorphine at the same location on the same date.
They made no plea during their separate appearances and the case was continued for further examination.
Both were granted bail in the meantime.
