David Maley, 45, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to four months by Sheriff Pino di Emidio. Maley admitted stealing from Tesco Riverside on August 13. Fiscal depute Kirsten Letford said the value of the goods was £79.50 and staff recovered the alcohol as he attempted to leave the store.
