A man who drove while more than six times the alcohol limit had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court until September 3 for a restriction of liberty order assessment.
Ireneusz Zielinski, 66, of Main Street, admitted breaching a community payback order by failing to comply with social workers.
It was imposed after he admitted that on October 16 last year at Dura Street, Dens Road, Alexander Street and North William Street, he drove with excess alcohol (128 mics).
A medical condition meant Zielinski could not undertake the 160 hours of unpaid work as part of the community payback order.
Sheriff Lorna Drummond ordained him to appear.
