A man has appeared in court and admitted causing a breach of the peace in a courtroom at Dundee Sheriff Court almost two years ago.
Kyle Leonard, 21, of Lawton Terrace, pleaded guilty to the charge that, on November 23 2016, at Courtroom Number 1, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause a reasonable person fear or alarm, shouted, swore, and punched and head-butted a glass partition before he struggled violently with G4S officers Lynn Gray and Brent Anderson.
Sentence was deferred on Leonard until September 3 for a supplementary report and he was ordained to appear back at court then.
