Four people have appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court in connection with a £100,000 class A drugs bust in the city.
Morag Yorston, 53, of Clayhills Drive, Grant McRitchie, 48, of Balunie Drive and Daniel Nenchev, 35, of Park Avenue, all Dundee and Mark Gardner, 59, of Holland Road in Halewood, Liverpool, were all granted bail by Sheriff Alastair Carmichael following their brief appearances.
Prosecutors allege that all four were concerned in the supply of heroin on August 10, 2018, at Balunie Drive in Dundee and elsewhere.
They are all further alleged to have, on the same date at the same house in Douglas, Dundee and elsewhere, they were concerned in the supply of cocaine.
Yorston, McRitchie and Nenchev are also alleged to have, on the same date and place, possessed cannabis; Nenchev is alleged to have possessed cannabis at his home address at Park Avenue; while Gardner is alleged to have had, on August 10, 2018, at Annandale Water Services on the M74, possessed cocaine.
Prosecutors say the offences in the first two charges were aggravated by a connection with serious organised crime.
None of the four made any plea and their cases were continued for further examination.
Gardner’s bail order was on the added condition that he does not enter Scotland unless for appointments with his solicitor or for official court business.
