Alan Stirling, 41, of Salton Crescent, had sentence deferred until September 5 for a restriction of liberty order assessment.
Stirling had previously admitted that on January 3 last year at Whitehall Street he reset camera equipment which had been stolen, and on November 23 last year at Friarfield House, Barrack Street, he committed a breach of the peace.
He also admitted possessing heroin at police HQ on September 7 and at Adamson Court on December 19.
