A man who admitted driving without insurance at Milton of Craigie Retail Park has escaped being fined or given a driving ban.
Michael Anderson, 39, a prisoner at Perth, admitted driving on various roads in the retail park on April 19 without a valid insurance policy being in force.
He was admonished on the charge and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.
Anderson’s co-accused Ronald Clark, 35, of Balunie Avenue, who was charged with causing or permitting Anderson to commit the offence, had his not guilty plea to the charge accepted by the justice of the peace.
