A 49-year-old man had sentence deferred after he admitted threatening behaviour towards his ex-partner.
Alan Stephen, of Longate in Peterhead, admitted that he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm and shouted and swore at Melanie Stephen at Fairlie Terrace in the St Mary’s area on Sunday.
Sheriff Alastair Carmichael deferred sentence until October 30 for Stephen to be of good behaviour.
