Prosecutors claim he raped a woman at knifepoint in a city flat. Craig Lettice has denied carrying out the attack at a property on Morgan Street on March 24. Prosecutors allege that the 35-year-old presented a blade a the woman during the incident. Lettice is further accused of threatening to stab her with the blade before raping her. The accused, of Pitairlie Road, had previously made no plea at a brief hearing at Dundee Sheriff Court in April. He appeared for a preliminary hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Monday.
