A man who twice breached an antisocial behaviour order had sentence deferred for reports by Sheriff Alastair Carmichael.
Liam McCreaddie, 23, of Balmoral Gardens, admitted that he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, made threats of violence and behaved in an aggressive manner at Huntly Road on December 10 last year, while on bail.
He also admitted that he breached an antisocial behaviour order by playing music, shouting and permitting others to shout at the same address on October 16 last year, while on bail.
McCreaddie further admitted breaching his ASBO by repeatedly shouting and using a loud voice at the same address on July 15.
Sentence was deferred until August 30 and McCreaddie’s bail was continued by Sheriff Alastair Carmichael.
