A man who used another person’s bank card to steal £260 from two ATMs was placed under supervision.
Alexander Collie, 27, of Albert Street, admitted that he used a bank card and personal identification number to steal £160 from an ATM at Asda, Milton of Craigie, on April 15.
He also admitted that he used the bank card and personal identification number to steal £100 from an ATM at Hyats, Happyhillock Road, on the same date.
Sheriff Tom Hughes placed Collie under supervision for two years as part of a community payback order.
