A man who breached his bail conditions on two occasions was remanded in custody by Sheriff James McDonald at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Alexander Gibson, also known as Binnie, of Fairbairn Street, admitted that he entered Brown Constable Street and at an address there telephoned and contacted his ex-partner Raegan McGregor, having been previously told not to approach or contact, or attempt to approach or contact her, or enter Brown Constable Street, on June 10.
The 23-year-old also admitted approaching and contacting Ms McGregor at Templeton Woods on June 15.
Sheriff McDonald deferred sentence until August 15 for reports and a restriction of liberty order.
He remanded Binnie in custody.
