A woman accused of making homophobic comments will stand trial next month.
Linzi-Lee Anderson, 28, of Yeaman’s Lane, Lochee, denies that she behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and uttering homophobic remarks at an address on Yeaman’s Lane on September 21 last year.
It is alleged that the offence was aggravated by prejudice relating to sexual orientation.
A trial date was fixed for August 6 and Anderson was granted bail in the meantime.
