A man who was caught with a knife in public has appeared back in court after breaching a payback order.
Steven Hill, of Arklay Street, was sentenced on April 23, having admitted that on November 25 last year in Beauly Avenue, he had in his possession a knife, without reasonable excuse.
He appeared back in court on July 16 and admitted breaching the community payback order of 150 hours of unpaid work.
Sentence was deferred until August 23 for the preparation of a criminal justice social work report and restriction of liberty assessment.
