A woman who breached a bail condition by taking food to her former partner at her work had sentence deferred for reports.
Allana Black, 34, of Dochart Terrace, admitted going to Private Eyes in Rattray Street and asking to speak to Lauren Hopkins and asking security guard Paul Snee to pass food to her on July 1.
Solicitor Kris Gilmartin told the court Black was heavily under the influence of alcohol and had no recollection of the event.
“She is struggling with the break-up of their relationship and clearly there are underlying problems,” he added.
Sheriff Alastair Carmichael deferred sentence until July 27 and granted Black bail under special conditions not to approach or contact or attempt to approach or contact Ms Hopkins or enter Private Eyes, Rattray Street.
