A woman who assaulted a man while she was acting with another person was placed on a restriction of liberty order by Sheriff Alastair Brown.
Jolene Shields, 38, of Dudhope Court, had previously admitted that she assaulted Stuart Morley, threatened him with violence, seized hold of him and repeatedly scratched and gouged his head and eyes, all to his injury, at Victoria Road on December 15 2016.
She also admitted failing to appear at court for sentence on March 5.
Sheriff Brown placed her on the order, between 7pm-7am, for three months
