A 21-man-old man has appeared in private accused of sexually assaulting a woman at the Carseview Centre.
Blair Stewart, of Balmoral Gardens, is alleged to have committed the offence at the centre in Tom McDonald Avenue on September 21 last year, with intent to rape the woman.
He made no plea during his appearance before Sheriff John Rafferty and was granted bail while the case was continued for further examination.
