Three people have appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court accused of trafficking heroin as part of an organised crime operation.
Denise Stark, 34, and Marjory Stevenson, 58, both of Craigowan Road, and Tony Oprey, 34, of Tansay Drive in Chryston, Glasgow, are alleged to have been concerned in the supply of heroin – which prosecutors say was aggravated by a connection to serious organised crime – at Craigowan Road and elsewhere unknown on June 20.
Oprey is also alleged to have been concerned in the supply of cocaine, again aggravated by a connection to serious organised crime, at Tansay Drive on the same date.
None of the accused made any plea and all three were fully committed for trial.
They were remanded in custody.
