A man has appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court on a petition alleging theft by housebreaking, motoring offences, breaking into sheds and a drugs offence.
Darren Jackson, 25, of no fixed abode, is accused of, while acting with another, breaking into a house on Glenogil Avenue and stealing a quantity of jewellery, electrical items, make-up and household items.
Jackson is also accused of driving while disqualified and without insurance on Glenogil Avenue.
All of the offences are alleged to have taken place on June 17.
He is further accused of forcing open two lockfast sheds with intent to steal at two properties on Bankmill Road on June 18, again while on bail.
Jackson is also alleged to have been in possession of cannabis at Fleuchar Street on the same date, while on bail.
He appeared at the court before Sheriff Alastair Carmichael.
Jackson made no plea and was granted bail while the case was continued for further examination.
