An Inverness man grabbed a woman by the hair in a Dundee street.
James Goddard, 27, of Lochalsh Road, Inverness, admitted that he assaulted his partner Theresa Johnstone by pushing her, seizing hold of her hair and dragging her at Rosefield Street on March 1.
He also admitted that he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, shouted, swore and gesticulated at Ms Johnstone at Rosefield Street on March 30.
Goddard was placed on a community payback order under supervision for nine months.
