A Broughty Ferry man who breached a bail order not to enter a Dundee road was found there with cocaine.
Alexander Clark, 28, of Church Street, admitted breaching the order by being at Dunholm Road on Sunday, while on bail.
The court heard Clark was seen by police officers and attempted to run off but was caught and arrested.
He was found in possession of a gram of cocaine, worth between £60-£70.
Solicitor Jim Caird said Clark had gone to the location to retrieve clothing.
“He approached the house from another street and came up a path before entering the house. He was never in Dunholm Road although the house address is in Dunholm Road,” he added.
Sheriff John Rafferty fined Clark £370.
