A heating engineer from Yorkshire who is working in Dundee had sentence deferred for reports after admitting his third drink-driving offence.
Adam Hailstone, 28, of Callerton Street in Hull, admitted that on May 18, on West Marketgait, Ward Road and Barrack Street, he drove with excess alcohol in his blood (86 mics).
Sheriff Lorna Drummond QC said his record showed it was the third such offence he had committed and deferred sentence until July 19, disqualifying him in the interim.
