A man and a woman have been accused of possessing a stun gun at their home in Dundee while dealing in Class A drugs.
Graeme Duncan, 39 and Kirsty Millar, 30, both of Kinghorne Road, appeared privately at Dundee Sheriff Court on a petition.
They are accused of a combined total of six charges, including possession of other drugs and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Both accused are alleged to have been concerned in the supply of cocaine on Saturday, at Kinghorne Road.
They are also alleged to have, on the same date and at the same place, possessed heroin.
Prosecutors also allege Duncan and Millar were in possession of cannabis.
Both accused are further alleged to have possessed an electronic conductive device – a stun gun – contrary to the Firearms Act 1968.
Millar is also accused of giving a false name to police with intent to pervert the course of justice, and perverting the course of justice.
Millar is also alleged to have, on Sunday while at Ninewells Hospital, intentionally obstructed PCs Laura Allan and Emma Price by refusing to comply with an intimate search.
Both accused made no plea when they appeared at the sheriff court.
The case was continued for further examination.
Duncan was remanded in custody by Sheriff Lorna Drummond QC while Millar was granted bail.
