Stephen Scott, 30, of Allan Robertson Drive, St Andrews, Fife, admitted driving without insurance on November 23 last year at Panmure Street. Pleas of not guilty to driving without a licence and the wrong way up a one-way street in Dundee were accepted by the Crown. He was fined £350.
