Fraser Henderson, 19, of Charlotte Close, was placed on a community payback order with 220 hours of unpaid work in the community. Henderson admitted that on November 18 last year, at Laird Street, he threw a glass bottle at a police car being driven by PC Scott Davie. This caused PC Davie to swerve to avoid the car being struck, to the danger of himself and his passenger, PC Ross Hunter, and other road users.
