Clark admitted that on March 31, at South Road and Myrekirk Road, he drove with 89 mics. Sheriff John Rafferty imposed a £500 fine and disqualified him for 20 months. He told Clark he was eligible for the drink driving rehabilitation course which, if completed successfully, would reduce the ban to 15 months.
