A man has been charged following an alleged assault at a block of flats in the Hilltown on Tuesday.
A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed that a 37-year-old man arrested in connection with an incident at Dallfield Court was due to appear at the city’s sheriff court today.
A 29-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital after what was described as “a disturbance” at the multis.
He was later said to be in a stable conditon.
Police were called to the multi just after 11pm on Tuesday.
A 37-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman were arrested in connection with the incident.
However, the police spokesman said that the woman had been released without charge.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We sent one ambulance which was on scene at 11.10pm.
‘‘We conveyed a 29-year-old male to Ninewells Hospital.’’
