David Cahill, of Laing Place in Dundee, admitted that on March 17 at Asda, Milton of Craigie, he stole two Nicorette sprays. Dundee Sheriff Court previously heard the sprays were worth £44 and there was full recovery. Solicitor advocate Jim Laverty told the court the 39-year-old was trying to give up smoking.
