A man has been found guilty of a string of motoring offences in Dundee and Carnoustie.
Bryan Tynan, of Liff Road, was unanimously found guilty by a jury at Dundee Sheriff Court of driving without insurance and without a licence on May 3 and 4 last year at Foundry Lane, Linfield Street and elsewhere in Dundee, his licence having been revoked in January 2016.
He was also unanimously found guilty of using a car without insurance at Silport Place in Carnoustie and at Linfield Street in Dundee on May 4 last year.
Tynan was found guilty by majority of three further charges of driving without a licence at various places between Silport Place and Linfield Street and breaking into the Co-Op in Lawers Drive in Dundee and stealing alcohol and cigarettes on the same date.
Sheriff Lorna Drummond deferred sentence until June 7 and remanded Tynan in custody pending his next appearance.
