A man has been fined and given penalty points after admitting a string of motoring offences.
Robert Palmer admitted that he drove his car without a licence, without insurance or an MOT and with faulty steering and a faulty tyre on one of its rear wheels.
Palmer, 46, of Arthurstone Terrace, admitted the five offences which happened on the A92 Dundee to Arbroath road at Panmurefield on February 4.
He was fined a total of £400 and had six penalty points added to his licence.
