A man has been remanded in custody pending trial at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Andrew Cussick, 32, of Lansdowne Square, denies that, on December 27, at Liff Crescent, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, repeatedly attended there uninvited, shouted and swore, struck a window with his hand or an unknown implement and attempted to gain entry, pushed his head through a hole in the front door and repeatedly uttered threats of violence.
He also denies that he destroyed or damaged property and kicked a door and a fence there, causing damage, assaulted his partner Caroline Murphy and seized her by the clothing and possessed heroin.
He further denies he breached bail on April 8 by entering Liff Crescent and Craigard Road and contacting Ms Murphy, and at Craigard Road, that he assaulted her and stole a handbag and its contents.
He also denies possessing heroin at Buttars Street on the same date, while on bail.
