Four people have appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court accused of severely assaulting and robbing a man in a city street.
Terry Williamson, Dean Duncan, Ellis Dubisson and Arlene Duncan all pleaded not guilty.
The charge states that Williamson, 34, Dubisson, 21, and Arlene Duncan, 35, all of Kinghorne Walk, and Dean Duncan, 39, of Huntly Road, assaulted William Scott at Kinghorne Walk on June 12 last year, punched him, knocked him to the ground, pursued him, demanded money, punched and kicked him and stamped on his head, struck him with a piece of wood, demanded money and drugs and searched his pockets.
The charge also alleges they robbed him of a wallet and contents. Trial will be on May 24.
