Man, 45, walks free from court after woman and girl, 13, attacked in Dundee home

A man who attacked a woman and 13-year-old in a Dundee home walked free from court.

Peter Adam, 45, of Findhorn Street, was admonished by Sheriff George Way.

Adam had previously admitted assaulting a woman and a 13-year-old at a house in Brantwood Avenue on February 1, seizing hold of the woman and shaking her and throwing a bottle of hand gel at the teenager.

Sheriff Way heard Adam had been of good behaviour for the past three months.
