A driver who caused a collision after running a red light at a busy junction on the Kingsway has been fined.
German Salazar, 47, of Queen Margaret Drive, Glenrothes, admitted driving a car carelessly on Forfar Road at the junction with Kingsway on October 16 last year, failing to keep a proper lookout, failing to observe and comply with a red light, and colliding with another car, causing injury to Lauren Ramsay and damage to both vehicles.
Salazar was fined £300.
