Dundee cannabis producer told he’s in the ‘last chance saloon’

Jason Black, 49, was ordered to do 140 hours of unpaid work after he admitted producing and possessing cannabis on September 15 last year.

Black, of Baldovie Terrace, produced and possessed the Class B drug at his home address.

Sheriff George Way told him to complete the work, reduced from 200 hours, within six months.

The sheriff said the work amounted to Black’s “last chance saloon”, and was a direct alternative to a custodial sentence.
