Christopher Shannon, 28, of Salvation Army Hostel, Ward Road, had sentence deferred for good behaviour.
Shannon had previously admitted that on December 18, at Transform, Soapwork Lane, he assaulted two members of staff at another homeless accommodation unit.
He pleaded guilty to assaulting Anne Sievewright, an employee there, by repeatedly spitting on her head and body and on the same date, assaulting Ibraheem Manasary in the course of his employment, by attempting to punch him on the neck.
Sentence was deferred by Sheriff George Way until July 17 for up to date reports and his bail was continued.
