A man accused of threatening to disclose an intimate photograph of his ex-partner will face trial in June.
Michael Kenyon, 42, of Atholl Street in Lochee, pleaded not guilty to two offences.
He denies that between November 17-19 last year, at a house in Charleston, he embarked on a course of conduct which caused fear or alarm to the woman by repeatedly sending her text messages and attended at her home when not invited to do so.
He also denies that, on November 19, he threatened to disclose a photograph which showed or appeared to show her in an intimate situation not previously disclosed to the public by her or with her consent and sent a text message to her with the threat, causing her distress. Trial was fixed for June 13 with an intermediate diet on May 22.
