A man accused of assaulting three people has been banned from Scotland.
Daniel Bennett denied five charges and his trial was fixed for June.
He was told by Sheriff George Way to leave the country and be in transit by 5pm on Tuesday.
He was told not to return except for pre-arranged appointments or court appearances.
Bennet is accused of, on April 8, at Queens Buildings, Tayport, assaulting Alan Carrick by punching him on the head, assaulting Edi Carrick by punching her head, and assaulting Laura Brogan by punching her on the head.
He is further accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, shouting, swearing and uttering threats; and damaging property by smashing glass panels in a door by punching them.
Trial was fixed for June 27.
