Dundee man jailed for stealing TV from Tesco

Ryan Clark, 32, of Dunholm Terrace, was jailed for four months by Sheriff John Rafferty.

Clark admitted that he stole a television set at Tesco, South Road, on November 27 last year.

His not guilty plea to stealing cosmetics at the same time was accepted by the Crown.

Sheriff Rafferty said the sentence should be consecutive to his current period in jail for a previous offence.
