Kaleem Barreto, 19, of Newhall Gardens, was fined £150 after driving carelessly and causing an accident with a cyclist.
Barreto admitted that he drove without care and attention in Nethergate at the junction with South Tay Street on December 22 last year.
The charge stated that he failed to keep a proper lookout for other road users, attempted to turn right into South Tay Street and drove across the opposing carriageway into the path of oncoming cyclist Sophie Chapell, collided with her and caused her to fall from her bike, all to her injury.
