A 46-year-old man has appeared in court accused of threatening to bomb a health centre.
Steven Gallacher, 46, of St Fillans Road, denies that on March 9, at Wallacetown Health Centre, he sent an electronic message to Kelly Niven which was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in that he threatened to place a bomb in the building.
Trial was fixed for June 28, with an intermediate diet on June 7.
