A couple have appeared on a petition alleging theft by housebreaking and attempted housebreaking.
Gary Finnie, 32, and Dianne Gray, 34, both of Elders Court, appeared separately in private.
They are alleged to have opened inner and outer windows and attempted to break into a house in Lyon Street with intent to steal, while on bail, on March 28.
They are also accused of breaking into another property in Lyon Street, stealing pizza bread, washing machine capsules, a quantity of identity cards, a watch, JBL speakers and a wallet, also while on bail.
Neither made any plea and both were bailed while the case was continued.
