Evelyn McPhee, 32, of Morgan Street, was given “one last chance” to stay out of jail.
McPhee admitted that on November 9, in Mothercare, at Gallagher Retail Park, Dundee, she behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, behaved aggressively, shouted and swore, and threatened worker Claire Birse with violence.
She further admitted stealing a baby dress and two pairs of jeans.
Sheriff John Rafferty told McPhee: “You are extremely close to going to jail. Unless you show positive engagement with social workers you will be going to jail.
“I will give you one final chance to comply.”
He deferred sentence on McPhee until April 20.
