Marian Pana, 59, of Dens Road, admitted stealing two jackets from TK Maxx, Gallagher Retail Park, on Sunday, while acting with another. Fiscal depute Charmaine Gilmartin told the court the jackets were valued at a total of £140. Solicitor Ross Bennett said Pana lived down south and had come to Dundee to see a friend. He had no money but he was cold and the pair went into the shop to get jackets. Sheriff George Way deferred sentence on Pana until April 16 for reports and a restriction of liberty assessment and granted him bail.
