A woman who admitted allowing a man to drive a car without being insured or holding a relevant licence to do so was fined.
Danielle Penny, 25, of Bridge Cottage, Ballumbie, Burnside of Duntrune, admitted that she caused or permitted her co-accused Shaun Jamieson to use a motor vehicle, namely a car, without having insurance or a licence to drive at Emmock Road on December 8 last year. She was fined £300.
Jamieson, 24, of Balgowan Avenue, did not appear in court and his case was continued without plea for him to make a personal appearance.
He is accused of driving the car without insurance or a valid licence at Emmock Road on December 8 last year.
His case was continued until March 27.
