Michael Sword, 38, of Logan Terrace in Dundee, had sentence deferred after admitting stalking charges.
Sword admitted that on November 7 and 8 last year, at St Kilda Road, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, attended at the home address of a woman uninvited, repeatedly sent her grossly offensive text messages and picture messages, repeatedly telephoned her and repeatedly asked why she was ignoring him.
He also admitted breaching a bail condition, on both November 7 and 8, by entering St Kilda Road and repeatedly telephoning and sending text messages and picture messages to the woman.
Sentence was deferred by Sheriff Tom Hughes for reports and a restriction of liberty order assessment until April 6.
