Robert Crossan, 61, of Rosehall Gardens, has been charged with road rage offences.
Crossan denies that on September 16 last year, at Riverside Drive, he drove dangerously on a roundabout, causing a car to take evasive action to avoid a collision and thereafter repeatedly drove aggressively towards the car and braked sharply, causing the car repeatedly to take evasive action to avoid collisions.
He further denies that on the same date and place, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, shouted at Ashley McGregor, a fellow motorist, gesticulated towards her in an aggressive manner and placed her and her passengers in a state of fear and alarm.
Trial will take place at Dundee Sheriff Court on June 6 with an intermediate diet on May 17.
